    1Do you give estimates over the phone?
    With older vehicles, problems aren’t always visible until we inspect the car in person. We require an in-shop inspection so we can give you honest, accurate information instead of guesswork.
    2Do you work on older or classic cars?
    Yes — that’s one of our specialties. We regularly work on older vehicles that many modern shops won’t touch, including pre-OBD and classic cars. If your vehicle has been turned away elsewhere, there’s a good chance we can help.
    3How do you charge for repairs?
    We work hourly, based on actual inspection and repair time. This allows us to address real issues as they appear, instead of locking you into an estimate that may not reflect what your vehicle actually needs.
    4I’ve had bad experiences at other repair shops. What makes you different?
    Worldwide Automotive was built to be a safe, respectful, and honest place — especially for women. We explain what’s going on, answer questions clearly, and never pressure you into repairs you don’t understand or want.
    5Can I bring in a car that doesn’t run?
    Yes. Tow-ins are welcome. If your vehicle won’t start, won’t drive, or has been sitting for a while, you can have it towed to our shop so we can inspect it properly.
